Three-sided mold features Burg Grenzau, the only triangular castle tower in Europe, built in 1200 AD. Two panels list chronological history of the castle, from construction to present day. The third panel features the tower as it now appears. Legend has it the Baron Heinrich I Von Isenburg designed the tower in this manner so as to deflect cannonballs. Stoneware lid. Retired made in West Germany. One 8353 Slot Machine Beer Stein. This beautiful, stoneware figural stein is decorated in highly detailed raised relief. Great price. This beer stein features a slot machine releasing the jackpot shortly after three cherries have been lined up in the window. A banner advertising "Slots 5 cents" is on display on the front and the back panel states "Lady Luck Company". The right side has a one armed bandit, raised relief handle.
